Crap!
The service was probably the worst I’ve experienced in Canada. I ordered an iced latte and then simply asked if they could put a little less ice in it. The shorter male cashier replied that I should have mentioned that earlier. I was quite surprised and said, “Excuse me?” I was only asking for a little less ice. I wasn’t changing the size of the drink or the coffee itself. He responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I had an amazing experience on tim kiosk thanks to mehakpreet and jaspreet. they are very polite, efficient, SWEET and very welcoming. great customer service. Friendly behaviour always and also greeted with a smile and professionalism. both everytime give me great service. Thank you, Jasspreet and mehakpreet for making my Tim Hortons.
