I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location on Sunday. I stood in line for about 15 minutes, and there were several people waiting behind me. When I finally got to the till and asked for a steeped tea, the employee refused to make one, saying it “wasn’t beneficial” for him to brew a fresh pot since they were closing soon. The girl gave me wrong order but the other staff is very accommodating and replace it. And appreciate it.
