Worst Tim Hortons ever!!. Staff was really rude specially girl named simran was very rude and giving attitude while serving. It took them 15 mints to understand andtake my order. The staff needs to be trained for their duty and customer service skills. Really disappointed
Terrible service. 4 people at this in mall kiosk. 1 guy took my order for a coffee with cream. Then I waited and waited while 1 of the others made an exotic coffee. The other two actually stood there leaning against the counter on the phones. No one would make me my simple coffee with cream. Finally I asked again for it and one of them said "yes I can make that for you" well jees thank you so much. But their new caramel butter tart was good!
