I went through the drive thru as usual and you’d think being a regular would get you better service but apparently not. We spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru which is unbelievable as is, but what really set me off was my drink being messed up TWICE. My mom and I had ordered four drinks in total and two out of the four were messed up, mine and hers (a large Iced Capp made with chocolate milk and a medium Oreo mocha Iced Capp made with milk) and as a former Tim Hortons employee these are very easy to make. I had a great experience overall. I was pleasantly served by an employee named Lucas, who was incredibly kind and friendly. His positive attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and arrived surprisingly quickly. The only downside was that I noticed a few tables hadn’t been cleaned, but aside from that, everything else was excellent.
