i order a drink i've ordered before at various tim hortons they get my order wrong and i kindly tell the lady that it's the wrong drink and she proceeds to LAUGH at me telling me it's the same thing i calmly reply ive ordered it before she laughs in my face. and im not an adult i am a teenager so that explains a lot! i didn't get a refund, i didn't get spoken to kindly, outright disrespect and discrimination tawards younger people.
Brenda is always alone at the cash while everybody else is at the window she needs help
