Pathetic service! Disgusting customer service! Zero understanding of the order. I Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they gave me a bagel with butter. Never gets my order right. This is not the first time I have been to this Tim Hortons. Over and over it’s the same thing. No matter if I go in the morning, afternoon or night. The employees are always sleeping. I would not even care giving one star to this location.
Every time I come this lady Sonya knows my order by heart not just her there’s a few others . The moment they hear my voice they finish my sentence. It’s really nice to have people who take the time and make the effort to know their customers . Thank you girls for making my trips easier and enjoyable
