Change owner and staff before too late and ppl hate TimHortons and ignore Before this visit I thought it was hard to mess up a simple order. But nope - everything could go wrong and I’m back to be an A&W customer

I visited Tim Hortons at 6:50 PM and ordered a medium French Vanilla. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The employee, Ritika, was rude and not attentive to her work. When I asked for a sleeve for my cup, she seemed unhelpful and uninterested. Additionally, my coffee was poorly made. This experience was frustrating, and I would consider going to another café in the future. I hope management addresses employee attitude and service quality to improve customer experience.

I came to Tim Hortons to pick up an Uber order. There were 3 staff members working and the store was not busy at all, but I still had to wait around 15 minutes. The staff seemed very lazy and unresponsive. I’m not sure what the reason was, but more attention should be given to delivery drivers’ orders. This causes unnecessary delays.
