Today I went to buy a hot chocolate and a donut, and to start: 1. All the labels on the display case were wrong—NOTHING MATCHED THE ITEM BEING SHOWN. 2. When I got to the cashier, I spoke in English (I also speak French), but the elderly lady didn’t understand me.
