Worst service; Not accomodating crew. Untidy area.
I was hoping to place an order, but unfortunately I felt like I was being overlooked and wasn’t attended to. Tbh it wasn’t busy .
Waited about 20 minutes for my order. I ordered a chicken and parmesan pizza, a medium Americano, a medium blackberry quencher, and two Hogwarts donuts (I noticed right then that there were only two left). A few minutes later, I saw the employee hand those two donuts to another customer. I thought, 'Oh well, maybe they'll bring out more.' In the end, I only got the pizza and the Americano, and when it came to the rest, the employee told me I hadn't ordered rest.
I went in to sit down and enjoy a coffee. Fly's and bugs everywhere it was dirty and disgusting and 2 Crack heads were allowed to come in and smoke drugs at the table next to us while the employee's did nothing and kids were in the restaurant. I had to get up and leave. I will definitely not be going back to this location ever again. Very unpleasant experience.
