staff need proper training
Dear Manager, I am a fan of Tims. Support Canadian brand but this morning, you staff gave me a leftover chocolate crossian, stale. It's not fresh!!! I reached out to the store manager, she didn't even say sorry but replaced me the same leftover chocolate crossian from the rack which just heat it up! I have should be told first if I still want it if it all the same but she told me that she didn't sell the leftover bread but when I asked why I got it, she irresponsibly reacted, “don't know”.
