⭐ Very Disappointing Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. My food orders are repeatedly made incorrectly, and it is frustrating to keep receiving the wrong food when I am paying for my order. To make matters worse, when I call to report the problem, nobody answers the phone. Customers should not have to keep dealing with incorrect orders without being able to contact someone to resolve the issue.

Hi. I came to this tim hortons after a while. I think the staff has changed their behaviours but today I ordered strawberry Iced matcha latte with light ice but the employee said they do not customize my order. I ordered one orange quencher and they just gave me ice tea. When I asked the employee, she rudely said this is how ice tea looks. Your drink has orange flavour but it has not. Thank you Tim Hortons for a nice breakfast and delicious Timbits! I feel bad about the atmosphere due to the overwhelming open drug use and homeless population that have taken over this location. The restrooms were occupied by them my entire visit and a number of people were actively using right at the front entrance. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
