So, before I start, my problem isn't with the people in training, it's the training program, all 3 people running the front counter this morning at 8:15 were all in training, with nobody to help them out and they were all trying to bounce ideas off of each other as to how to make products. This should be well versed by training with a appropriate senior member of staff before letting them loose.
All staff not willing to work, no one was at the cash and, moreover order coffee and they served tea.
