We were served by a lady named Christina, and the experience was disappointing. I asked for a black coffee (no milk, no sugar, just an infusion shot). She said she knows what black coffee is, but then served us the wrong drink. On top of that, her attitude felt rude, as she was nodding her head in front of us in a dismissive way. This left a negative impression, and I hope this feedback helps improve customer service going forward.
