This is the closest Tim Hortons to our job site here in Sherwood Park, and it has consistently been a great experience. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. Service is quick, and the waiting time for food is fast and efficient. Every visit, the food is served hot and fresh, which is definitely appreciated. Overall, it’s a reliable spot and a great place for a quick grab of food. Highly recommended!
What used to be fast and friendly service through the drive through has devolved into a mess of unpredictable chaos. 3 times in the last week they gave me a coffee on a steeped tea order. They so consistently get the order wrong (and a simple order at that) that I will now start driving somewhere further to get my food and beverages. Ridiculous. Utterly ridiculous.
