Horrendous service, from the manager lady down to all of staff. I spent a few days at the hospital, they messed up my order every single time, not one of them even smiles or apologize. I bet they go home and complain about making minimum wage as if they deserve more.
Always a reliable stop for my daily routine. The service is fast, the coffee is always fresh and hot, and the staff handles the morning rush impressively well. Can't go wrong with a classic Double-Double and a fresh apple fritter. Consistent and convenient!
I love them
Gave me completely different items from what I ordered (gave me bacon instead of sausage for the loaded box then blueberry muffin instead of blackberry quencher). When I told them the mistake, I heard the other lady said it's not their fault. Girl, it's your colleague who punched my order wrong. It's not that hard to just apologize and not say anymore side comments about it. Never ordering here again!.
We can all agree, Tim Hortons is a shell of its former self. It’s not nearly as good as it used to be before the buyout etc. That said, this location deserves 5 stars for one reason - Tammy. I don’t know how many times customer service people are void of any joy in life and are super robotic in serving you. Tammy is the opposite, she’s warm, friendly and greets you with a “good morning sunshine!” As if you were her long lost niece or nephew despite having never been here before.
