Got off a late flight around 2:00 am and thought hey we’re back in Canada let’s get a bagel and a coffee for the trip back home ordered from the drive threw which was a struggle went to the window no one there to great me. Got short changed $10 in the drive through. Asked for receipt to verify and he said machine was down. This has happened more than once at this location. Usually only a dollar though. Coffee always seems to taste like old dishwater too. Never again. Worst Tim’s in Ontario.

A customer shouldn’t be ordered to “wait” at the drive-thru before pulling up to the window, especially for an order they’re paying for. Being hurriedly gestured to stop before the sensor just to improve performance metrics is not an experience I want to endure at 7am in the morning, and over a $4 coffee and with a line of cars piling up behind.
