Extremely rude, condescending woman at drive through this morning. Drove into empty lanes, both lanes, I gave my order, was asked for size. I drove up and she says sorry YOU didn't give your order. I said yes I did, she responds no you didn't, you OVERHEARD someone taking the order from the other lane. This is not the first time this same woman has done something similar. Extremely rude, condescending and ZERO customer service. Loyal customer since this place opened.
Ordered a BLT what I received was raw bacon and no tomatoes on a burnt bun, went back in they told me that is how they cook their bacon by three people including the manager. They refused to replace it!
