Walked into a empty location at 6pm, 4 workers. Took them about 3 minutes to acknowledge me, as they were having their own conversation. Eventually got served. Took 10 minutes to get my blt sandwich, which was cold and had an off taste to it but only after the 10 minute of cars were being served, not sure why they couldn't multitasking orders. Plus they were still talking to another employee who was done their shift. Meanwhile, tables were dirty, chairs covered in dirt, floors sticky. And my donut, hard.
I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received today at your drive-thru around 6:10 PM. I ordered 10 Timbits, as I regularly do, and was accompanied by a colleague and a teenager with special needs. After paying, I asked for a receipt to provide to my employer.
