Hello, I am writing to follow up on a complaint I submitted on March 18, as I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. However, I have not received any response. Here is what happened at your location on 407 March Road: On March 18, I ordered a pizza and a potato item. About 10 minutes later, a staff member informed me that the potato item was unavailable and asked if I would accept a wrap instead. I agreed. came in yesterday and picked up my too good to go order, the worker seemed annoyed and had me wait. when i took a bite of the pastry it had a weird smell and tasted awful. i genuinely threw up 4 times last night bc of this.
The lattes could do with a little less heat, they're a bit burnt. Other than that though, the recent renovation is great and adds a lot more space. I didn't catch her name but the lady who was taking orders emanated a positive light that makes me smile.
