Service very slow. Food mediocre and no taste. Very disappointed with Tim’s in general. Seems that their high standard is completely lacking.
Great location, usually busy. Drive-thru gets pretty backed up. 2nd ordering screen is always blocked off.
Running out of a basic ingredient, and letting the customer know only after they've ordered and paid is not a good look. Perhaps tell them ahead of time so they can order something else?? I just took a refund. It seemed like a bait and switch situation.
