I wasn't impressed with how dirty some of the utensils looked. It made me a bit uncomfortable.
Very polite and high energy young man was keeping people smiling while waiting for their food. A little bit long of a wait for just a bagel, but didn't mind waiting due to the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Slow. Inaccurate orders, repeatedly, regardless of busy peak times or not.
