How on earth is customer service this bad? 20 min standing at the counter to order a coffee. I've never experienced this much of a wait. The place wasnt even busy.
Wedges were soggy, barely put any chipotle sauce and completely forgot the mayo on my chicken sandwich. Did not receive a straw or ketchup packets.
