I had a wonderful experience today! I ordered an iced coffee, and Vishwa provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, welcoming, and very polite throughout the interaction. My order was prepared quickly, and the iced coffee was perfect. Thank you, Vishwa, for making my visit such a pleasant one. Great service like this is truly appreciated!
I likevthis Tim's. The staff is very good and I like that the store is clean and tidy. They invested in a bit more art then most restaurants, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The owners clearly take pride in their restaurant. Sorry about the food rating. Tell corporate to get the accountants out of the kitchen so you guys can go back to serving decent products like the old days. Cheers.
I've been going to Tim Hortons forever. But I have never left a review for them .But this time one of the staff stood out. So I asked her name She said her name is Sarah and she is the manager she was amazing with all the customers and her staff. Well done Sarah I wish there was more people like you working at these places.
