This Tim Hortons has terrible service. I ordered online pickup only to have to go into the store and wait for my order that had not even been looked at. There was food all over the floor. The service people do not wear hair nets look very rattly and I'm glad I went inside to see the condition of the store, just for those of you out there who care about where you order
Amazing crew with even better management. I always find this particular location the best in Hamilton
Usually happy with this location (both dine-in and drive-thru) but we've noticed that they are watering down their drinks. We got steeped teas that tasted extremely weak. Some locations offer to add hot water if they're short but we weren't asked and certainly would have said no. We called to provide feedback and left a voice mail, but got no response.
I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at this location was great. However, the service was very poor and definitely needs improvement. It’s a shame because everything else was quite good, but the service experience really held it back.
