Two days ago I asked for my croissant to be heated and they didn’t. And today again I asked for it to be heated with butter and they didn’t. A lot of butter on it but got cold croissant, the butter was cold and thick. I didn’t eat it. The Americano is watered down always, I get a large so there should be two shots of espresso but they always put less. I called the store but no answer, so unfortunately I am writing a review. Out of trays since last week. Was given Tim box instead for3 coffees. When I arrived at work the bottom gave out and they dumped all over the floor
