This place has really gone downhill. It's never what you expect. You would think an Oreo iced cap would have Oreo bits in it like the picture shows, No it doesn't. Only on the top of the whipped cream. I say I've purchased over a dozen of these from this location and not once has it been made right. Same with coffee. They never replenish their sugar or cream so it's always a guess if it's made right. Same with the food. Also if you ask for decaf fresh they say it is but when you get it it's old stale coffee.
