How is it that when you order simple teas and coffees the person making the order can completely botch your drinks. To top it off when you bring it to management for proper drinks you get talked down to, and treated rudely. Ten dollars is ten dollars. As a paying customer we are entitled to get what we pay for,I shouldn't expect to drink Swamp water,and due to the workers mistake it being an inconvenience to the manager who took it out on me..
