I visited this Tim Hortons on my birthday and asked if they offered any free birthday treat or drink. I was told they couldn’t give me anything because it’s not their policy. I understand employees have to follow the rules, but it was still disappointing. A little birthday gesture would have made the experience more memorable. I hope Tim Hortons considers offering a birthday reward in the future.
Confusing line set-up, alright quality of food & normal service. Wish they had more variety!
I came to visit McMaster and decided to buy a Ice Capp. I swear it tasted so good, I felt like it was 2009 again. Plus they filled it up to the top, nobody does that anymore!
Very good and professional staff. Handle the pressure of having so many students every day very well. Only minor complaint is that the coffees are never consistent. I always get a double double and the amount of sugar to cream ratio is never the same.
