One or two people on floor always but the expectations from them are very high People left because thev dont wanna wait. I work in the area and visit this Tims often. Over the last few months since they’ve got a new manager this place has gone downhill. I’ve heard them all her “Sin”. Over the last few days when I’ve been waiting in line for sometimes close to 15 minutes I’ve noticed whenever there’s a rush we abandons her staff and walks to the back. And when she’s actually in the front all she complains about loudly infront of customers is how cheap the owners are for not fixing her car and she’s said this multiple days in a row. There was only one poor girl working and doing everything herself when there was a line of 10+ people. There needs to be more staff here it took 30 mins to be seen and get food.
