Everytime I order an iced latte, they give me iced coffee. Today I ordered 2 both wrong again.
Christina was such a great help, she knows exactly what we were asking and was even helping the other cashier to be able to help us. Thank you so much Christina we appreciate your help
I asked for a medium to cream. I got a steep tea with milk and sugar. Had to go back to the drive-through and wait in line a second time for them to get my order right. Staff was actively engaged in conversation at the drive-through window and was not paying attention to the actual orders that were in front of them. After waiting a second time in the drive-thru. I got a coffee that tastes like it has about four creams in it. Doesn't taste remotely like coffee. What a joke!
