They were cleaned out food wise and they didn't make the drink properly

Customer service at this location was terrible. Even tho we purchased a tote coffee box they were not willing to provide more cups because they said the coffee to go holds 12 cups of coffee and they can only provide 12 cups. The manager was asked and said the same thing. This very cheap customer service reflects poorly on management for being stingy with cups when customers choose to purchase coffee from Tim’s rather than other coffee shops.
