Every morning I go in here before work at 5:10 am. I do a mobile order for one coffee. I do it about 6 minutes before I get there and I ask for it to be ready “ now” every morning I go in there it’s never ready. It’s annoying because I time it perfectly so I can just grab it and go and get to my bus. It’s not even very busy when I go in so I have no idea why I always have to remind them to please check the mobile order ! It’s never ready; and they never even check it. What’s the point of mobile order !
I find this location is generally okay. Sometimes they’ll mess up your order and for some reason they are so stingy with napkins. Some of the workers can also be incredibly rude and don’t seem to understand the norms of customer service. Idk if it’s a cultural difference but it seems like a training issue regardless.
