I ordered a bag of donut holes and the lady didn’t know what it was, they rang me up for a dozen donuts, and the she said she will refund me back and she charged me again for the donut holes. I didn’t even received my refund. Shady place.

The staff here actually whisper and laugh right after calling out your name. I get that some business owners hire naive people to avoid competition, but at least be smart enough to wait until the customer leaves before making fun of them so you don't end up with a 1-star review. You shouldn't be recruiting your employees from a barn, guys.

I ordered a muffin, and it was taking a while. When I asked one of the staff members, he said, “I work in the kitchen,” in a really rude way. Even if he was working in the kitchen, he could have shown a little more respect and at least tried to help the customer

I bought breakfast at Tim Hortons this morning. Shortly after eating, I got sick really badly. I’m not sure what caused it, but I didn’t feel well immediately after my meal and it caused a serious reaction for me. I’m posting this to warn others and to request that the store look into the food handling/ingredients and take customer reports like this seriously. I’d also like someone to follow up.
