I found it a bit ridiculous that they burnt my biscuit and when my boyfriend asks them nicely to fix it because I can’t eat it like that, the deli lady starts giving attitude and talking smack the entire time she’s remaking my sandwich. Sorry that you guys multitask and forgot about my meal. I heard the timer go off almost 20secs over its time. I used to work at a TimHortons. Policy is you fix or correct anything the customer gives back… not sure why attitude was in play but sure won’t be coming back.
Ordered breakfast, bacon & egg sandwich on a biscuit & a hash brown when they called my name and I picked it up I asked where the hash brown was and the server said that it was inside. I sat down & I opened the bag and the hash brown was broken into pieces and put inside my breakfast sandwich. It was disgusting. They were a little flies, flying all around the restaurant, and the tables weren’t clean at all.
