Mobile orders are time stamped, so these are real times. Today waited 40 minutes for my order. Around the half hour mark I finally asked and instead of helping, the cashier just said it wasn't her problem. Went to girl on the side and it was then that she told me they didn't have product for one of the items I order; keep in mind none of the other things had been made. Less than 7 months ago I bought a small hot chocolate with a shot of espresso, it was under $3. Now it's over $4!!! How?? Regarding the Center Mall location, plan on waiting at least 10 minutes or more to place your order. The one cashier besides taking multiple overly complicated drink orders, she must prepare and serve them as well as physically walk over to unlock the washroom on demand. Why is there only chicken soup?? please bring back more options especially that Moroccan soup from years ago. We need more healthy options too
This Tim Hortons needs a total re haul. It is extremely filthy. Menu is too flashy, I ordered soup which I had to ask if they even had it because it’s not on a menu. The chicken in the soup must be old, I would never complain about that. How could chicken in soup be like that? The whole place has gone to shit because it’s so high traffic. Also 3 people having to do way too much. The care is gone here.
