I waited 15 minutes in line. Paid for my food and waited 30 minutes, then finally asked if my food was even on their screen. It wasn't and I had to leave. I wrote a complaint. They said "we're so sorry, we will notify this branch immediately" That was two months ago. Nothing has happened. I'm sick of this corporation and it needs to fail. I am throwing my money down a sewer grate before I ever hand it over to Tim Hortons again.
Every other time I go there they're either out of eggs or they're out of hash browns. At 7:00 in the morning.....
