3 times, all different days I have ordered a VANILLA CREAM COLD BREW, and it's not made right. Please train your employees better. Stop confusing a Cold Brew with Iced Coffee.
I love Tim Hurtons, but this place needed a little work the day we visited.
While I was waiting In line with my mom today, a lady accidentally spilled her coffee where people wait to get there drinks and food. The staff was told about it right away, but the spill was still there after we left.
