Everytine I go I'm met with kindness, professionalism & patience they even know my order by heart & fixed it when I messed up one day...it's the only one I go to in the morning!
I asked for help, but the staff member seemed annoyed that I didn’t know the menu and what each item included. She raised her voice at me, and in the end, I was given the wrong order.
I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. An employee named Evan was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful way. I honestly couldn’t believe that such behavior could happen at Tim Hortons, a Canadian company that I’ve always respected and loved. I even spoke to the manager about how badly I was treated, and it was truly surprising and upsetting. This is not what I would ever expect from Tim Hortons.
