Vos employé ont il été formé ? Aucun accueil, personne au comptoir, l’employé me voit arrivé et s’en va. La 2 ieme employé s’adosse au comptoir et attend quelque chose on s’est pas quoi pour enfin ce décide de prendre ma commande ( un simple petit café ) et pour finir la donne même pas en main propre et sans un regard ni merci bonne journée ou n’importe quoi qui fais la politesse. Sérieux, de pire en pire les tim Horton. Je pense sérieusement à arrêter vos service pour votre concurrence.
Service staff do not look at mobile orders and only begin to make them once they are asked on multiple occasions. Refuse to make orders that include anything that is on the app but not in store. not shown as unavailable either. Worst service ever.
