August 3, 2025, roughly 1:30PM - Attention management: This establishment is a food safety code violation waiting to happen. I ordered a farmer’s wrap today while waiting for a flight and the worker wrongly told me a wrap was mine. I took it and went to sit down. I didn’t eat it yet, didn’t open it, but I was flagged down by another gentleman who said they were calling for me because I grabbed the wrong order. The Tim Hortons at my workplace has been consistently excellent. I stop by almost every day before my 5:00 PM shift, and the service is always fast, friendly, and reliable. The staff handle every order with a positive attitude, even during busy times, and my coffee and food are always fresh and accurate.
I have never eaten chili soup that delicious in all Canada. I felt that they added a substance with a zest like lemon. The cup of soup was full to the top. The bread was soft (other Tim Hortons give me hard bread). The service was super fast and efficient. I also ordered coffee and apple fritter … both very good. The atmosphere is ok (but not great) as it is located in a food court with sun hitting on the seating area. Thank you very much for this yummy food.
The French Vanilla almost always taste bad and it is more of a water in there, I don’t think they keep a good level of quality here, it is such a prime location that everyone from the world would taste the first TIM of their life here. I would suggest that the quality should never be compromised, please give us good food and beverages. Thanks. Very late service nowadays
I find it amazing that a coffee shop like Tims runs out of espresso! I find that embarrassing for a coffee shop to not sell espresso. This is not the first time either. Today, they also do not have ice capps. Unfortunate experience as an airport is a tourist's first look on Canada's known franchise.
