hi.. i was today here during my break which is 30mins..i remain standing in the front of the line for 10mins but cashier didnt care as they were chatting and laughing around( taking care of her hair) so then finally she took my order the guy who was making coffee was just dancing and runnning around in the kitchen as he was there for making coffees..they wasted my 15mins of my break for just small coffeee....5 crew in the front and nobody cares to take order...totally bad bad customer service...(YvR employee)
This shop is absolutely perfect. I'm not good to order in English but the staff here so patience and listen carefully what I really need and try to suggest what I might like. I wish I could give this shop more than five stars.
As an Official Tourist, I had to visit Tim Hortons. I was very impressed by the friendly and courteous service I received from Carli! She confirmed my good feelings that I have about Canada! Carli is an asset to Tim Hortons!
