Very disappointing customer service at this Tim Hortons. No greeting, no name tag, and the staff didn’t even ask to scan my Tims card — I had to call her back after the order was made. No communication, no receipt, and she just walked away after handing the order. Basic customer service was completely missing.
Waited 20 minutes during a non busy time just to receive a sandwich with bacon on it that I told them prior to I didn’t want on the sandwich because I’m allergic. I literally ordered the non bacon option and still somehow got bacon?????? I took it back to get a new one and for some reason the lady who made it was argumentative. I’ll never come here again.
Fast and friendly service from Erwin and the team! Erwin always goes above and beyond to make sure the orders are correct!
I ordered hot chocolate and they gave me a cup of water with a pinch of chocolate! Waste of money! Tasted like water
