This is specifically for the location on Industrial Ave in Ottawa. I bought two coffees and paid with tap from my phone. I turned to leave and the woman said "it didn't go through" I said "that's strange as it sent me a notification that it did on my watch, let me check my online bank" I checked, and I was charged, and paid. I showed her. She said it didn't go through and I had to pay again. I showed her again and said "I'd happily pay if I hadn't, but the payment went through on my side and I don't want to double pay." The morning staff here are outstanding!!! (I don't usually stop at night, so I can't speak to that). Every morning, there is a huge lineup, yet there is NEVER a wait. They are so fast! Also, even though they are going super quick, their customer service never waivers! You always get friendly service, the order is always right and it's without delay!
