This place has the worst service in Ottawa. Most workers are rude and slow. I understand that this is a stressful and fast paced environment given that it is located in the hospital but that makes it even more important to be kind to your customers. Hire new staff.
Cancer inpatient at hospital, app stated they deliver . Ordered coffee , donut , breakfast sandwich on app, paid over 18.00 , order never delivered to me . Kassie at customer service Tim Horton’s is the worst customer service agent I have ever encountered, will not refund despite restaurant stating they do not deliver but app states they do . Be careful buying from this Tim’s !!!
