I am dissapointed with today’s experience. I ordered an ice cappuccino and a quencher, and I later found out that it was broken but no one communicated this to me or explained the delay. There was a lady with braids I don’t know her name, she wasn’t wearing tags, was making mistakes and wasting everyone’s time. If the ice Capp is broken why can she make my quencher?
