Ordered ahead and waited 30+ minutes for a wrap. Staff was also very rude when I asked if my ordered had been prepared (it had not been). For being in a hospital as well this is unacceptable
I have never seen this from those employees. They are struggling and cannot provide service. They are extremely slow—the worst.
Last night I order the pizza and a wrap with wedges. Food was great. Tonight they had bagels...but she can't even make a proper bagel with cream cheese. Enough cream cheese on it for 3 bagel. Too much in a hurry to try to get in the back to go on her phone.
This place is always way too busy. Frequently end up spending 20+ minutes for your order and Claire is incredibly rude and unhelpful, should probably be moved to a quieter location.
