Worst tim Hortons in Ottawa no one in drive through walk in there was line up of at least 6 people waiting to order and you have about 7 or 8 employees working and no one can speed up the process and this is not the first time it happened we literally walked out with out ordering
Excellent customer service, always ready to serve with a smile...loved it!!!
The 1st time I was here it was wonderful service.. even the last one ... But today it was horrible... 1st of all the lady filled up my coffee so much that I can't even close my lid... When it overflowed.... Seriously need to have a common Sense... Very disappointed.....
