During our drive-through experience, we pulled up to the window and the employee said, "Good morning, sir. Hello, sir." Yes, I have short hair, and wear a hat. My wife leaned over and said, "It's actually ma'am." Then the employee proceeded to say, "Well, it looks like a sir." We paid and left. Really? Is this what customer service has come to?
