I wish I could do 0 for service . I went through driveway . 2 different people took my order . Then I drove to window . Then girl name SIMRAN, who calls herself manager is so rude told me that she did not asked me to drive up .she was so rude and unprofessional . She denied to serve me because I drove to window without her permission . There is no customer service or respect for anyone . She is the reason that people hate to come to this location . Supposedly closes at 11, came in 10:15 pm and asked for a latte and was told by employee “sorry we already cleaned the machine, I can only do coffee”.
Tried to grab some food and drink from the front counter. Took forever to get my order. No real concern about the long wait from the staff, they just seem to ignore people until they wanted to help you.
