I go there daily for an extra large steep tea.
I place a large order for my office every Friday at this Tim Hortons, and Olivia is always great to deal with. She remembers the whole order without missing a beat, keeps everything organized. She makes the weekly donut & muffin run way easier. Big thanks to her for going above and beyond!
All the guy says at the drive thru is “morning”… “morning”. Food was mediocre at best, service is not great, everyone seems miserable and quiet. Ordered a scrambled egg loaded wrap and they put it in as a maple wrap no maple sauce, brought my order as a croissant, had to wait to correct their mistake. Once I started eating said wrap, I noticed there was no chipotle, and processed cheese on it. Big sad.
There was no one available at the cash, only kiosks. OK, not a problem. I ordered a few items plus a pumpkin spice latte with no topping. I get a pumpkin spice latte with topping. When I say, "I asked for no topping", the server huffs, checks the screen, snatches the drink away and walks off. No apology, no "I'll be right back." So, I got my drink, and my food ok, but attitude here is a problem.
