It was a busy , busy day but our server, Laura, by 7 pm at night was still cheerful and accommodating and a blessing to us! We'll remember the Tower Street Timmies in Fergus!
Did a mobile order and got a donut, tea and ice coffee. Tea and donut were fine, but ice coffee did not have ice? I’m pretty sure I was given an old ice coffee that was made before I ordered. Also staff were very rude at the window.
I had a great experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru recently, thanks to Navjot. She was efficient, polite, and made sure my order was accurate and fresh. It's rare to find such consistently friendly service during busy hours, but Navjot handled everything with a smile and professionalism. Definitely made my morning better!
