Wednesday Nov 26, I ordered a large ice coffee, (drive thru) asked for " less ice, not very much ice please" got my drink, pulled over, the ice I removed filled a McD's medium cup... I guess regular amount of ice would have left me even less to drink??!! Update: I'm not sure messaging your website would change anything. I spoke with the apparent manager at the other Fergus store, he said they are following Tim's instructions to fill the cup up to the 3rd line then fill the rest with ice. I went in the evening and got amazing service from the staff
I go to this Tim Hortons daily. The evening staff is so polite and nice and the their service is so quick. I love going there.
