Sam is one of the best baristas I’ve come across at Tim Hortons. She’s always kind, remembers regulars, and makes every interaction positive. You can really feel her effort and good energy every morning… it makes a difference!
I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. I’m a vegetarian and ordered a Veggie Habanero, but they gave me chicken instead. I didn’t notice at first until I started eating — and as soon as I realized it was chicken, I went back to the counter. At first, no one came to help, then one guy showed up and went back again after I explained.
