Mediocre food slow service, and not a manager in sight. Last visit i ordered potato wedges and the container was only half full. I heard the grill staff tell the counter staff there weren't enough wedges left for an order, but she laughed and said "he won't know". When she handed me the bag I told her I could hear what she said and she did not care. No one in this place gives a crap and it's obvious.
Something has to change. Drive thru line up on to the street. In store line up out the door. Put in a mobile order… Dave. 17 minutes for OMELLETE BITES . All you have to do is heat them up. Getting out of hand. Service has consistently gone down in quality and half the time the food order is messed up: All you have to do is read and prepare this simple task cant be carried out in a timely manner with the correct items (bare minimum) Not just once but day after day. Someone explain
Got a coffee, wanted 2 sugar and one cream.. they got it wrong. Go figure, why do I bother
