At first when I got in it was not that full just one person in line tho when that person went they took so long than they called me I asked for a vanilla ice cap after the food did not take too long since it was just an ice cap tho when I go it there was no whipped cream at first I thought that was rude or something but then I realized it was just slushy which was ok but that is not what I expected but ok the food was really good dont mind the background of the photos btw and thanks Tim Horton
i remember when coffee shops would actually staff people in the MORNING so that there’s not a line of people to the door waiting for a coffee. Only 2 people behind the counter, dragging their feet with no support during a BUSY morning. Get a grip!
I had a really great experience at this Tim Hortons in Ottawa. The service was quick and efficient, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything I ordered was fresh and well prepared. The location was clean and organized, and even though it was busy, I didn’t have to wait long. I’ve visited many Tim Hortons locations while travelling around Canada, and I really enjoyed my stop here. A convenient place to grab a good coffee and something to eat. Definitely a location I would happily visit again
I recently visited this Tim Hortons with my friend and this visit made me uncomfortable. While we were waiting for my friends food I had noticed that some of the staff were openly yelling at other staff infront of all of the other customers. It had seemed like an immature and unnecessary way to resolve any issue. We noticed the girl was really having it out for some of the other employees, as she was very demeaning and condescending.
