Horrible service from the guy today. He was on his phone today and he seemed really annoyed that I was there
This is one of the worst times hortons in Ottawa! The staff were bothered by customers ordering and left the line to grow for 10 mins while talking. Seeing that the other reviews are like this as well maybe corporate should take over the location from the franchisee and reset the expectations
The whole restaurant up to the point where you place your order smells like piss from the bathrooms. Can’t eat after that walked out immediately. Not even enough staff to clean
Guy working there was on his phone and he has an attitude when talking with customers. Looks annoyed to be here
