Awesome job, drive thru could be faster, but understandable guy in front of my me ordered 30 items, not Tim's fault
Been coming here for a super long time and the staff here are amazing, hardworking, and provide great service. There's a reason people come back here despite the bad environment otherwise there are many other Tim Hortons around. Manager is one of the most hardworking people I have seen. I've seen her managing 2 tim hortons when most people can barely manage one. She's a very capable individual and any place that she works for should appreciate her. She's a very kind, hardworking woman.
I would like to sincerely apologize to the manager and owner of this Tim Hortons. It was the other Tim Hortons on bank street that was horrible. They have been consistently with one staff member on the floor lately. I took the survey slip today when I got my order and realized I had the wrong address. You guys here are amazing and I saw the manager working really hard cleaning the area where they make the food. I hope no one got in trouble and no one took it personally.
