I have tried to be patient being mindful the location and usual clientele are a rougher sort so these employees deal with a lot.. But I can't deny it anymore this is literally the worst Tim Hortons in the downtown area. They are always out of anything I attempt to order, it will be two or more hours until they close and they will say no more food for the evening... no more food that's literally your job. The girl at the window who made our icecap and ice coffee on May 20th - 410pm did a bad job. She put too much cream or milk, maybe it wasn’t fresh but it did not taste right, she was also unfriendly and rude.
I recently had one of my best experiences at Tim Hortons, and it truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and a friendly attitude that immediately set a positive tone.🤍
