Cockroaches!! While we were in getting a coffee, two cockroaches wandered across the countertop. They were probably looking for their morning coffee. When they were pointed out to the girl at the counter, she simply grabbed paper towel and squished them on the countertop and continue to take my order.. I tried to call the restaurant, but there was no answer after three calls.
It's very hot this summer. I notice the place feels hotter than the other Tim Hortons. Please turn the AC on for customers and your Staff.
The food and service were fine. But please do something about the washroom! I asked to use it as I drove in from quite a distance and was shocked to see garbage which included baby diapers and a condom wrapper all over the ground and needles in the sink!! No toilet paper and no soap to boot!
This place is so dirty and windows haven't been cleaned in a year just gross Singh Hortons
First time being to this location. When I first went inside its was very dirty. The floors were disgusting and the bathroom I used was also bad. No paper toilet, toilet wasn't flushing, garbage bin over flowing. Walls were dirty and there was black graffiti that covered the whole bathroom door on the inside. It was not busy at all the staff ignored me at first. I ordered 10 timbits that turn out not to be fresh at all.
