Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite disappointing due to the behaviour of one of the staff members, a girl named Komal. Recently, I visited a Tim Hortons location 285 Rexdale Blvd Etobicoke expecting the usual friendly service and comfortable experience that the brand is known for. I ordered a 2 Medium White hot Chocolate with chai tea bags, 2 small step Tea with 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies and even I clearly paid for my order. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this Tim Hortons location recently was honestly disappointing. On a few occasions when the GM, Kamal, was present, the whole environment in the store felt very uncomfortable. The way some customers and even staff seemed to be treated came across as rude and, at times, borderline discriminatory. It created a really unpleasant atmosphere.
