Love the staff here my favorite tims
An awful women's washroom. In my 30 years of living in Canada, this is the first time I’ve seen such a dirty washroom. This is a disgrace for Tim Hortons restaurants! They absolutely need to be inspected by the Canadian food inspection agency. There’s nothing to discuss with me. You should speak with your branch manager about maintaining the location properly and keeping it clean.
Very disappointed to find out that my nearest Tim Hortons is no longer serving diabetic friendly bagel options. They usually have 12 grain or a whole wheat bagels.
I’ve been to this location a couple of times, and each visit has been excellent. The service and environment are both top-notch. In particular, there’s an employee named Simran who really stood out—she almost always remembers my order and is consistently fast, polite, and attentive. Her exceptional service definitely adds to the overall great experience.
