The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I stood in line waiting to place my order while the cashiers stood around talking and completely distracted, ignoring customers. To make things worse, during the wait, there was an incident outside involving the police, and in the middle of me trying to pay, the cashier literally walked away from the register just to look out the window. Always have a great experience at Tims! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to Tangina Rashid, she’s always so sweet and helpful, and really goes out of her way to make customers feel valued. Truly appreciate the great service every time!
I’ve given this location plenty of chances, but it’s always the same result: they can’t get the order right. My go-to is a vanilla iced latte, and somehow it’s never made properly. Sometimes the vanilla is missing, sometimes it’s just watered-down coffee with ice, it feels like they don’t actually know how to make one. It’s frustrating because this isn’t a one-time mistake; it happens every visit. Definitely not the place to go if you expect your order to be made correctly.
