Good service and polite staff. The place is clean. Coffee tastes good and food quality is best. Service is quick and the environment feels welcoming. Overall, a very good experience.
I wish there would be an option of zero star. The worst place ever to go. Here employees are very rude and they don’t behave in polite manner. I visited this place and there was a lady taking order in store, when I asked for any new recommendations she just simply asked what I want rather than suggesting some new products. This place is getting worse day by day. Couple of years before it was not like that. Employees used to be sweet and welcoming but now they are rude and disrespectful. I would never visit this place again.

They don’t even want to cancel the order when items are unavailable. You pay first, and then they decide what you will get. The customer service is horrible. This has happened to me multiple times. I am so frustrated that I had to write a review—usually, I never do. Kudos.
