I ordered a small brown sugar iced latte, and it tasted awful—again. This isn’t the first time either; every time I get this drink, it ends up being a disappointment. Either the espresso is too bitter, the syrup is barely there, or the overall balance is just off. I really wanted to like it, but it’s consistently undrinkable. Definitely not worth the money
They constantly mess up orders, forget items, overcharge me, or serve rock-hard food. When I return to fix their mistake, I end up speaking with over three different people just to explain the issue—mostly because they don’t understand English. They then speak to their fellow employees in another language, leaving me completely clueless about what’s going on.
