I came in for a regular coffee but wanted something cold and different. Shivani suggested the roasted hazelnut cold brew — and it was amazing! She made it herself with a smile and truly made my day. Great service and great coffee!

One of the staff, Shivani, noticed and later brought me a donut without me asking — just said, “This one’s from our Tim’s family.” It was such a small thing, but it meant a lot.
