This has been the primary Tims I stop by for convenience sake, I’m not the type to hassle but they genuinely never have anything. I stop by at 10am for a sandwich they have no biscuits, or no bacon. I stop at 5pm they have no sandwiches, or no chicken. 3/4 times they don’t have what I ask for. I understand things get busy, but at specific meal times you should at least prep the items that correspond with that meal time.
Today I had an unpleasant experience with your employee, Randy. I greeted him, but he did not respond. He threw the change at me and did not say “please” or anything at all. I found this behavior rude and unprofessional.
Asked for a tea with sweetener and milk; im a diabetic. Was wondering why my tea was sweet and found a huge layer of sugar at the bottom. Also specifically asked for milk as I can’t tolerate cream, which I could taste out as well. What a health risk your franchise is!!! Unbelievable. Should be reported!!
