I came at 10:30 and it was already closed! I’m hungry as a dog. What I supposed to do? One star. Never coming back.
I went in yesterday with a friend of mine. I placed my order through the Tim’s app and she ordered at the counter. She wasn’t given an order number. Orders were being called out as what the items were—which can be just a little confusing during busy hours. They also were calling the orders a bit too softly for their voices to carry over the hustle and bustle of the room. Coffee? ...its okay 50% of the time. Food? OMGsh, don't do it!!! I ordered a bagel that ended up being burnt to shit! (I contacted their customer service and got no response & no refund, like I had requested). I, stupidly, ordered food again the following day and they gave me the wrong bagel, so I went in to have it corrected. I was trying to watch it being made, but the food station/plexiglass was so disgustingly dirty that I couldn't see through it & wasn't sure that I could stomach eating it after that, even if it was cor... read more
