after 6 yrs of giving this location a chance i just cant justify it anymore. always understaffed, the ones there you see are trying but are overwhelmed. always out of stock, long lines to order and pick up food. have never received my full correct order. bitter coffee, sad portions with wilted and damaged produce on the sandwiches. management needs to provide better support for their staff and do a better job at quality control and inventory management.
Nice place but there is a con at this location the food and drinks are good but it would help if we had a better manager as that manager doesn't have the right to call a customer who always comes and tries to enjoy the service but instead gets called a scammer just because they failed to make my order the way I like it. If the hq was to rate their staff cashier,cheff, and janitor all get A+ as manager didn't do good. (F) That restaurant owes me $20
