This location is one of the worst Tim hortons I've been to. I waited 20 mins just for them to take my order and another 10 to get a tea and bagel. The staff looked unorganized and upset. They need to do better with Dunkin donuts coming soon

Very rude staff. Just for a drink i waited around 10mints There is no use of ordering from mobile or screens available in the restaurant .they only take in line perosn pass there order thats it . I had to ask them for my order which is a sign of poor service .

Stopped in around noon on a Sunday, and it was extremely busy! Despite the long line, there were several staff members working hard to keep things moving, and our drinks came out much faster than we expected, which was a happy surprise. The only downsides were that the table we sat at was wobbly and kept shaking, making it a bit annoying every time our coffees splashed around. I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for a few months and every time experience is horrible. It’s always delayed. It’s always wrong. They always have issues with my orders. It says that it’s open 24 hours, but at night time they have basically nothing. also, I don’t get the policy about having some of the items after 10 AM after 11 AM what’s the point if I want to eat it now in the morning earlier when I’m going to work.
