I regularly come here for coffee and often for food, but my experience today has raised serious concerns about the freshness of the items being sold. This is not acceptable. A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a cookie that was extremely hard. Although I was told it was fresh, it was very clear that it wasn’t. everyday I come and make a mobile order 5-10 minutes in advance, and they always prioritize drive thru orders with <2 minutes on their timer before my food/drink are even touched.
Been a daily customer for over 2 years, Lately Bagels come with barely any cream cheese in them, half the bagel is dry.
