Not a single order goes right every time it's a fight. As a non sausage eater today is the 3rd time they gave me sausage egg wrap. I will pursue corporate. Done with these people. I confirmed 5 times and said no to sausage 2 times.

Kat was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind the entire time, even with a lineup of people waiting. She went out of her way to help me save money by reminding me about the Tim Hortons offers in the app, and thanks to her I was able to use the 50% off deal for two Iced Capps.
