I ordered a Bagel BELT this morning with a hashbrown, but when I opened the bag later, the hashbrown was missing. I went back to inform the staff, and instead of replacing the entire order or offering an apology, they just opened the same bagel and added the hashbrown to it. This was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. I expected better service and basic quality standards. Definitely one of the worst experiences I've had.
