Very disappointing experience at this location. The wait to place an order was far too long, and there seemed to be no one who cared enough to take our order. Customer service was extremely poor, and nobody seemed concerned about the customers waiting. This is not the kind of service you expect from a restaurant. Management really needs to improve staff attentiveness and the overall customer experience.
The morning team made our breakfast so fast, honestly the fastest we’ve ever seen at Tim’s. Even with a drive thru line around the building. Thanks!
Very rude service.
Ordered through the drive through order was completely wrong (smalls instead of large, teabags ripped open, untoasted bagel no herb and garlic spread) asked for a receipt because the order came to $10+ and I was given the wrong receipt so I cant prove weither I was even overcharged. I would of gone inside to correct things but the line up was out the door so I had to cut my losses and leave- be sure to check your orders before leaving the window.
