Staff arguing with me over using my free coffee roll up for a French vanilla, besides the fact other employees have done it before and it's on their website you can can redeem them for any hot beverage.
Wow. Told I can't redeem a free coffee on a French vanilla, blatantly lied to in my face, then overcharged for my order. I knowledgable staff and rude service. I want my money back.
I get my coffee and breakfast every weekday before work. The staff is always friendly and know me by name. Vicky, Bethany and Lorna are the best. Erin, the owner, does a lot of good work for the community as well :)
I always have a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff are always so kind and friendly. The food and drinks are always great. I came in over a week ago, and wanted to order the caramel toffee cold brew. I was sad to learn it was discontinued. But the young gentleman working there had recommended trying a regular cold brew, and add a caramel churro shot. This was a game changer!! It was delicious.
