Wow. Told I can't redeem a free coffee on a French vanilla, blatantly lied to in my face, then overcharged for my order. Unknowledgable staff and rude service. I want my money back.
Not as advertised.Very disappointed. I ordered the new timbits for my grandkids and they look nothing like in the picture. I parked and went inside thinking they gave me the wrong ones. I was told they were them and that the coating doesn't stick very well. Head office should experiment more before introducing a new product. Photos are deceiving.
Staff arguing with me over using my free coffee roll up for a French vanilla, besides the fact other employees have done it before and it's on their website you can can redeem them for any hot beverage.
