I love this Tims so much! They know my order the moment they see me. Just want to shoutout Pat, who always makes my day when she serves me. One of the best customer service ever! So cheerful and kind. Keep up the good work yall!
Srrvices are very friendly
Lately, the coffee they’ve been making has been really bad. It tastes burnt, and sometimes it’s so weak that it tastes like water. I order a hot coffee, but unfortunately, it’s often served cold. I’m not satisfied with the service because it feels like the staff don’t enjoy or care about their work.
Had a bad experience in the drive through at this location. I’ve ordered an iced coffee with 2 milk for the last decade and know how it looks/tastes. They accidentally put cream in my iced coffee instead of milk, and when I pointed it out the woman at the drive through kept insisting it was milk. She made me another one (with cream again) insisting it was milk, talked over me and raised her voice at me in frustration.
