Very disappointing experience. I ordered a coffee twice, specifically asking for no sugar, and both times it was made incorrectly — with extra sugar. I ended up having to throw it away. What made it worse was the careless attitude from the staff. It felt like they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service I paid for. Best service of this timhortons especially Manager Aimie she always leaves every customer satisfied and happy and make sures to correct the order immediately.
Horrible drive through service. There is an indian woman named Alisha with white framed eye glass and some tattoo in her hands, worst of all.she hands over food like she is doing charity, no hi or hello. Digusting attitude.this is not first time, every time same attitude, same way she behaves, she ask for money as soon as she opens window of drive through. How are you paying holding the pos machine.she must be removed from this place. Horrible attitude with horrible manner!!!
