Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons drive-through. I repeated my order three separate times at the order speaker to make sure everything was correct. When I got to the window to collect my order, I realized an item was missing. I politely pointed out that my coffee had been forgotten. Order mess up very common. Edited after another visit. Again they messed up the order. Made veggie wrap instead of chicken. Told me that wedges are not available and changed it with hash brown. Latte was not made right. The washroom was in horrible state. Toilet was dirty. I mean filthy dirty. Floor was wet. Soap dispenser was broken and lying on the counter.
