I went to this Tim Hortons today around 10:30 a.m., and I had a really unpleasant experience with the older woman working at the cash. I asked for a coffee, and before I could even finish placing my order, she walked away to make the coffee and left me talking. Then she started yelling from where she was standing that she could hear me but couldn’t understand me. However, she wasn’t even facing me or making any effort to listen. This location is close to my house, but there are so rude here
Great customer service and the staff are friendly. Also, great Coffee and breakfast sandwich for the family in the hospital.
