The location of this store is prime yet the staff’s behaviour over here is rude. The guy named “MAC” had talked abruptly while taking my order. Please avoid that jerk over here.
I visited this store yesterday and was shocked by the behavior of one of the staff members—an older woman who was, without a doubt, the rudest and most unprofessional employee I’ve encountered in this city. From the start, she spoke in a dismissive, condescending tone and clearly had no interest in offering even basic courtesy. When I politely asked if I could use the restroom, she didn’t even give me a proper answer—just ignored me as if I wasn’t worth her time. I came in here and had a coffee and tried to go to the washroom. Locked. Asked the staff to open it they said to wait because someone must be in there. I waited 15 mins. Four other people asked staff to open it. Eventually one staff member opened it. It was empty. It had been locked the whole time and they lied to me. Once a customer used it and left. I went up to use it and it was locked! They never unlocked the door they only opened it. I guess they expected everyone to hold the door for the next customer.
