The guy who works on Sunday morning shift is ignorant of service dog rules and doesn’t even ask if your dog is service dog or not. I was not even inside the Tim Hortons near the washroom towards building side, he still said no dogs allowed. I told him you should be asking first if it’s a service dogs and by law service dogs are allowed in the restaurants and cafes. Tim Hortons should train their staff in service dog regulations before someone calls the by law on the staff.
There manager named Lurlie, shes so disgusting 🤮 shes taking order while using gloves and go to sandwich with the same gloves, and shes rude to the customers. I report this to the head office so that they can escalate this issue and probably fired her. I see her all the time, doing same shit over and over. And i see her using old buns probably from yesterday or so. Be careful this!! SHES SHORT WITH EYEGLASS AND MASK!!!
I visited around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday the 25th. I usually go to the Tim Hortons near my home, but I decided to try this location instead. The food was really good, and the male staff member was very friendly. I had a great experience and would definitely come back
